Multimedia Designer

As our Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall visual image of our company. Your role will involve translating our voice into compelling visual representations across various formats and mediums, ensuring our visual messaging consistently produces outstanding results and 'gives everyone chills.'

This position is within the Marketing & Communications department and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Creative | You’ll be asked to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics that align with the overarching Advidi brand as well as standalone projects. You’ll be required to interpret briefs, present ideas and articulate concepts to the broader team. Our design team currently works across disciplines, including digital designs, brand activations, graphics, short and long forms of videos and animation,  and merchandise, so you’ll have the ability to apply your skills to a range of creative mediums. 

Logistics | You’ll oversee the coordination and execution of merchandise production from concept to delivery. This includes managing supplier relationships, sourcing and sampling materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all merchandise lines. You’ll liaise closely with external vendors, printers, and production partners to secure quality outputs that meet deadlines and budget expectations. Additionally, you’ll assist with logistical planning for branded activations, photoshoots, and campaign rollouts—ensuring that all creative assets, physical products, and supporting materials are delivered smoothly and on time.

Progressive | Alongside a working knowledge of In-design and accompanying programs, you’ll be tuned into the latest developments in the design sphere and willing to explore new software that can help deliver Advidi’s design ambitions, especially in the AI sphere.

• Bachelor in Design, Visual arts or relevant qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, PremierePro, After Effects, Figma

• Demonstrable portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)

• Experience using existing house styles, grids and templates to create new content

• Video editing and motion graphics experience

• Knowledge/experience of Social Media platforms

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts

• A highly organized self-starter, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

• Creative, with an eye for detail 

• Ability to work as part of a small team (a true team player!) and coordinate activities with other departments.

• Ability to work under pressure
