• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure accurate classifications

• Prepare and process journal entries (accruals, deferrals, corrections, reclassifications)

• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and disposals

• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including postings, invoicing, collections, and payments

• Support audits with schedules and documentation in collaboration with AP/AR teams

• Ensure compliance with Dutch GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Contribute to Finance process improvements and support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks

• Degree in Applied Sciences, preferably Finance & Control, International Business Studies, Finance Tax & Advice, or Accounting

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and accurate in execution

• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
