We are seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Junior Account Manager to join our sales team in Amsterdam!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating long-lasting relationships with affiliates from around the globe. Unlike other typical sales jobs, we are not focusing on cold calling. Building up your own portfolio with plenty of support from our experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to forge your own style, as long as the focus is on the end result: helping our partners grow their businesses.

Not familiar with the affiliate marketing industry? No problem! Most of our team members started without any prior experience in this field — and now thrive in it. Affiliate Marketing is the future of digital performance, and by joining us you’ll develop skills that keep you ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

Combine sales with data: use data and insights to become a trusted advisor to your partners,
Dive deep into ROI analysis for marketing campaigns,
Expand your international client portfolio,
Work closely with colleagues across departments like Pricing, Commercial Control, and Marketing,
Keep learning about the industry and the latest trends,
Represent Advidi at international conferences.

Required skills:

Fluent Ukrainian speakers (spoken and written),
Confident when dealing with big, experienced media buyers — you know how to hold your ground and spot an opportunity in every conversation,
Go-getter with an unstoppable drive for success,
Curious, proactive and always eager to learn
Ready to take ownership: once you know the ropes, you tell us what you need to grow your portfolio, and we’ll back you up,
Results-driven and profit-motivated,
No 9-5 mentality – eager to go the extra mile, regardless of the time,
Strong team player who excel in collaboration,
A clear, persuasive communicator who can build trust and charm anyone.
