Join Our Finance Team as a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist!

Are you someone who thrives on precision, values collaboration, and enjoys bringing order to complexity? We're looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our Finance team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key accounting and controlling tasks that ensure our financial processes run smoothly and transparently. While some patience with routine admin is needed, this position is far from dull — you'll help shape and optimise how we work as a finance team, building best practices that scale with us. If you're organised, flexible, and team-oriented, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Create and send client invoices quickly and accurately
Process bank transactions and match payments with ease
Support the Finance Manager with monthly routines and ad hoc tasks
Respond to daily questions about payments and invoicing
Proactively follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders
Support audit preparations for assigned areas
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
Help improve internal finance procedures and workflows

Required skills:

A degree in Applied Sciences (Finance & Control, International Business, Finance Tax & Advice, or similar)
1–2 years of relevant experience
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented and organized working style
Proactive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a can-do mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
